CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Questions before you route a call.
Does ReadyCall replace my dispatcher?
No. It provides coverage, qualification, and request capture (plus approved transfers once a ReadyCall-only transfer destination passes acceptance testing). Your team controls dispatch and customer decisions.
Does it book appointments?
It can collect an appointment request. It calls a time confirmed only after an approved scheduling system returns a confirmed booking.
What happens in an emergency?
The agent gives approved emergency direction for fire, gas, carbon monoxide, electrical, or medical danger and directs callers to 911 or the utility. It does not troubleshoot or replace emergency services.
Can it transfer to a person?
Not customer-demoable today. Historical acceptance failed (cross-business destination), so live transfer stays unsafe until a ReadyCall-only endpoint and route acceptance. Designed path: approved schedules and destinations; if no one answers, return to the caller and capture a priority callback message — with no promised callback time.
Does it make outbound calls?
No. Outbound calling is disabled and cannot be enabled without explicit owner approval and additional compliance review.
Will it work with our software?
ReadyCall uses API and webhook adapters. We verify the client’s field-service, calendar, CRM, and messaging systems during onboarding.
Is revenue guaranteed?
No. We report answered opportunities and workflow outcomes; conversion also depends on capacity, pricing, dispatch, and sales execution.
